Michael is responsible for both marketing and client development. He is the Project Manager on all builds, overseeing daily operations and quality control. Michael has over thirty years of extensive experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on the design and build of medical facilities. He has been appointed to the City of Thousand Oaks Board of Appeals, the Disabled Access Board and has spearheaded a focus group to help the city of Thousand Oaks create a more responsive and user friendly Building Department.

Steven J Rote

Project Manager

Steven handles all accounting and bookkeeping functions within the Rote Brothers office and works closely with Michael and others in job estimation, contract drafting and bid proposals. Steve also plays an integral role in job scheduling, product procurement and customer relations.

Thomas M Rote

General Partner
Site Supervisor

Thomas is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all sub-contractors and RBC employees. He is the on-site supervisor and works closely with all customers.
